No-bake Sesame Seed Protein Balls


 ¾ cup natural peanut butter or your favourite nut butter
¼ - ½ cup raw honey or brown rice syrup
3/4 cup
NSP Synerprotein Powder
3/4 cup rolled oats
1 - 2 tablespoons organic ground flax seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 -3 tablespoons hot water
½ cup raw sesame seeds  
Dark chocolate chips, coconut or raisins  (optional)     

 Mix all ingredients (including desired optional items) except the sesame seeds. Chill to make rolling into balls easier.  Make about 1” diameter balls. Roll balls in sesame seeds and roll in hands again so they stick. Store in fridge or freezer.  Tasty protein and fibre snack.  Great for an afternoon pick-me-up !

 These are fast and easy to make.  A favorite at our house.  

1 pound ground turkey (use organic, hormone-free and antibiotic-free)
2 organic eggs                                                                                                                                                 ½ cup dried bread crumbs (brown rice, spelt or Ezekiel bread; can also use oatmeal)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
½ - 3/4
 teaspoon sea salt
1 clove garlic, minced
½  teaspoon chopped parsley
¼ teaspoon dried oregano
Grape seed oil for frying


Combine turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, salt, and herbs.  Shape into patties and fry in oil over medium heat until brown, about 5 minutes. Turn over and cook another 5 minutes.  Great with a green leafy salad.

 A super energizing drink to start your day, or as a mid afternoon pick-me-up.  Provides a full spectrum of nutrients, fibre and protein.  Great for those watching their weight.  Easy to make – no blender required.   

12 – 16 oz  pure water
½ - 3/4 cup  almond, soy or brown rice milk (optional)
1 – 2 scoops  pure, non-GMO soy*, whey*, brown rice or hemp protein powder (no additives, no sugar)
1 heaping tablespoon  Greenzone* powder 
2 - 3 tablespoons  Total Nutrition Today* drink mix
1 tablespoon  Essentials* liquid minerals
1 tablespoon  flax seed hull lignans* 
                                                                                                                                          Ice cubes

 Pour into a large container with a tight lid, shake it up until dissolved and enjoy !

Sugar Scrub

Here's a great recipe for a Sugar Scrub - a great treatment you can give yourself!                                                                                                                                                                                                                   General instructions
¼ cup white table sugar
¼ c massage oil or grapeseed oil
6 - 10 drops of lemon or lavender essential oil
Natria Moisture Full Body Wash                                                                                                               Natria Irish Moss Hand & Body Lotion                                                                                                                  
Combine sugar, carrier oil, and essential oils. Package in glass jar with a tight-fitting lid.
Apply ½ tsp  Natria Moisture Full Body Wash
to hands.  Rub 1-2 tsp of sugar combination all over hands (or feet or knees) for a minute.  Rinse.  Follow with Natria Irish Moss Hand & Body Lotion.
